Not great but good dependable food and liquor. The really great part is the people. Always patient, quick, and efficient. They really take the edge off flying.

Beercode is the hero I didn't know I needed at the San Antonio airport. I was having one of those days--you know, the kind where you argue with yourself over life decisions while also trying to not miss your flight. The staff was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the beer was great, with decent prices (which is always a plus at an airport). Definitely a spot I'd return to next time I'm passing through!

Stopped in on my way to NOLA for a family visit with a sister who had been hospitalized. So I was not at my best. However the waitress was very friendly and helpful and promptly took my order. The restaurant was clean and not very busy. The food was tasty and the right temperature. I will definitely stop here again when traveling.

I am so used to airport restaurants being overly priced and mediocre foods. So when I stop down to eat at Beer Code I wasn't expecting anything overly excited. Boy was I drastically wrong! This airport restaurant beats out 80% of restaurants outside the airport. The food was absolutely amazing. It was fresh hot and a great proportions with the price. And speaking of the price it is not over-inflated as you will see other airport restaurants. The service was friendly and fast. They even had time to chat with how busy they were. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in San Antonio. Too bad you have to go through security to experience it.

Going to caveat that this is a 5 star airport restaurant- I tend to have lower expectations moving through the airport. That said this is my go to whenever I'm traveling out of the San Antonio airport. Usually pretty easy to grab a table and wrap up any work. I find there is a good mix of healthy ish options (the salmon is surprisingly good- great very thin crust on it) while also having some classic pub food and a good beer selection. The service can be a little slow sometimes so if you are in a a hurry before a flight just let them know- but I usually have a little extra time so I don't find this to be an issue.

The service was amazing and the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed the meal and would return except they served coffee with some flavoring which we couldn't identify and is not what we prefer. Will Probably return if we take a later flight and don't "need" coffee.

Pretty decent place to hangout and eat before your flight. Their food is a tally really good and doesn't feel so fast food like. They have a bar with plenty of beer selections. I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and it was pretty tasty! Staff is friendly and service is pretty fast. And it's also one of the newer restaurants here in San Antonio Airport.

Beer Code is a solid option at the San Antonio airport! Recently opened, Beer Code offers a small but mighty food menu with multiple beer and wine options. The esposo and I decided to give it a try and grab a bite before our flight. To start we went with the pretzel, which is Texas Size. It was definitely bigger than our heads, but super tasty. After that my husband got the Seared Salmon with spinach and arugula pesto, and I got the Cesar Salad with fried chicken. The seared salmon looked amazing, and my husband loved it. I totally forgot to take a picture, but I promise it didn't look like airport food. However, the chicken on my cesar salad was over cooked and frankly not amazing, so I would recommend to try the grilled chicken instead. Regardless of the chicken I am still giving them five stars because the service was amazing and the food came out very quick and fresh. Definitely give them a try during your next trip out of SAT!
